As we approach another busy season, I want to quickly update you on some major wins and changes for the Irrigation Association of New Jersey, so everyone is up to speed.

A Major Legislative Win for Licensed Professionals

First, let's talk about a huge victory for those of us who play by the rules. As you know, the new legislation was officially signed last year to finally crack down on the unlicensed individuals who have been cutting corners and undercutting our businesses. This law gives real teeth to enforcement, imposing strict penalties on non-licensed contractors who attempt to install, repair, or service any landscape irrigation system. This is a massive step forward in protecting our trade, our credentials, and the safety of the communities we serve. We have a poster that I encourage you to post not only in your office, but also to encourage your supply house to post. You can find the poster HERE. The poster prints on 8.5x11 paper.

Welcoming Our New Management Team: Mainspring
