Material will be provided (handouts and diagrams) that will help participants to devise their own Strategic Plan for their company or division after they attend the seminar. In addition, for a period of thirty days after the event, FREE support (via telephone) will be provided to attendees who may have further questions regarding the Strategic Planning process. By the end of the day, each company will have put together their own, specific Strategic Plan.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

James Huston has over forty-five years of diverse business management experience and holds an MBA degree in finance. He is also a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. He is a Certified Professional Landscape Estimator and he is one of only two such CPLE’s in the world. Mr. Huston has written seven books that deal specifically with the Landscape and Irrigation industry and developed five software programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Springfield College, an MBA in Finance from National University and a Master’s degree in Christian Apologetics from BIOLA University.
